​We use digital services every day. We make online payments, store files in the cloud, collaborate through digital platforms, use apps, log in to government websites and rely on systems that keep businesses, healthcare organisations, banks and utility companies running.

Most of the time, we do not stop to think about it. Digital services seem to work automatically. But behind every digital service lies infrastructure.
