Key responsibilities

1. • Factuurverwerking & afpunting Dagelijkse verwerking van inkomende facturen.
   • Matching van facturen met bestelbonnen en ondersteunende documenten.
   • Afpunting van leveranciers- en klantrekeningen.
   • Ad-hoc ondersteuning & projecten Proactieve ondersteuning bij ad-hoc financiële taken en interne projecten.
   • Ondersteuning van collega’s over de volledige organisatie bij financiële vraagstukken.
   • Procesoptimalisatie & datakwaliteit Signaleren van verbeterpunten in financiële processen en workflows.
   • Zorgen voor accurate en tijdige administratie en rapportages.
   • Compliance & regelgeving Toepassen van de Belgische BTW-regelgeving in de dagelijkse boekhouding.
   • Bijdragen aan interne audits en naleving van wettelijke vereisten.

Profiel

• Uitstekende kennis van Excel is een must.

• You are fluent in Dutch/English.

About the Role As a Facility Lead, you ensure our data centers always run safely, reliably, and efficiently. You’re the central point of contact for everything related to facilities and operations, working closely with the Operations Director and your team of data center operators. Externally, you maintain strong relationships with suppliers, auditors, and occasionally customers. What you do

• You organize and motivate the operations team and monitor the quality of all installations.
• You coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and facility projects, keeping a tight grip on planning.
• You ensure that HVAC, power supply, and security systems are always operating at their best.
• You support customer projects and act as the technical link between the data center and the client.
• You contribute ideas for improvements, cost savings, and more efficient processes.
• You advise sales and management on technical questions and tenders.
• You manage a budget and closely follow up on ongoing projects.

Who you are

• Degree in Electromechanics or experience with electrical installations, cooling, and maintenance.
• Experience with business-critical installations and project follow-up is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electricity, UPS systems, generators, data cabling, and access control.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, proficient with Word and Excel.
• Stress-resistant, hands-on, and in possession of a category B driving licence.
