About the Role
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of technical infrastructure projects across our data centres. You work closely with engineers, operations teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality and reliability standards.
What you do
- You lead CAPEX projects from business case through design, construction, testing, and handover.
- You manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- You coordinate contractors, suppliers, and specialised partners throughout project delivery.
- You ensure work on live data centre sites is planned and executed safely, without impacting customers.
- You organise commissioning, testing, and operational acceptance activities.
- You monitor project quality and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- You contribute ideas for process improvements, standardisation, and operational excellence.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in technical infrastructure, construction, industrial, or critical environments.
- Experience managing budgets, planning, and multiple project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of electrical and cooling infrastructure is a strong advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
- In possession of a category B driving licence.

About the Role
As a Facility Lead, you are the central point of contact for all facility and operational activities across your sites. This is a hands-on role with a strong technical focus, combining people management, technical expertise, and operational oversight. You work closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and occasionally customers to ensure our data centres continue to operate at the highest standards of availability and performance.
What you do
- You lead and coach a team of technical operators, providing direction, prioritisation, and support.
- You oversee the operation and reliability of critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, UPS installations, generators, cooling systems, and security solutions.
- You coordinate preventive maintenance and manage external contractors and technical service providers.
- You act as a key point of contact during incidents and ensure issues are resolved in a structured and efficient manner.
- You identify technical risks, improvement opportunities, and replacement needs, translating them into actionable plans.
- You manage technical upgrades and facility improvement projects from planning through execution.
- You monitor the quality and performance of all site installations and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- You contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence.
Who you are
- Degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Industrial Technology, or equivalent through experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations and critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience in facility management, technical maintenance, utilities, industrial environments, or other mission-critical operations.
- Previous experience coordinating technical teams, contractors, or service providers.
- A hands-on and pragmatic approach, with the ability to combine technical understanding and people leadership.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a strong asset.
- In possession of a category B driving licence.

You will work together with an experienced Data Center Operator across the various data centers in the Northern region. We’ll teach you what you need to know about data centers and servers, but you will also help with:
