Your Role as a Junior Data Center Technician You will work together with an experienced Data Center Operator across the various data centers in the Northern region. We’ll teach you what you need to know about data centers and servers, but you will also help with:

• Troubleshooting – analyzing and resolving issues, whether related to power, cooling, or network.
• Installing data racks and cages and providing the necessary power connections.
• Assisting with the installation of new cooling and electrical systems.
• Maintaining our chillers, CRACs, and ventilation units.
• Facility-related tasks, such as building maintenance and general repairs.
• Safety – ensuring physical security and adherence to procedures.

Who you are We enjoy working with people who:

• Troubleshooting – analyzing and resolving issues, whether related to power, cooling, or network.

• Monitoring – tracking system performance, energy consumption, cooling, and other facility systems.

• Have knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical systems (facility management knowledge is a plus).
