About the Role

As Project Lead, you take ownership of key technical and operational projects across our data centers. You turn ideas into action — from design to implementation — ensuring every project improves reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead projects to reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
• Design and define all project components, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and contractors to execute approved solutions.
• Identify and implement technical improvements that boost energy efficiency and SLA compliance.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting in close collaboration with the Operations and Facility teams.
• Propose innovative ideas and drive continuous improvement across all sites.

Your profile

• You are an ambitious analytical person with a higher education in electromechanics and/or have experience in working with electrical installations, cooling techniques and/or relevant maintenance work.
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of business-critical installations and strong in independently following up projects and technical faults is a plus.
• You have an interest in and knowledge of the technology of HVAC, electricity, power generators, UPS installations, data cabling and access control.
• You are fluent in Dutch/English.
• You can get by well with Word and Excel.
• You are preferably stress-resistant in crisis situations and have a hands-on mentality.
• You are in possession of a category B driving license.
